Joanne is the Managing Broker and Vice President of Sales for Deltona Realty.  She was born and raised in a small town near Chicago, Illinois, and moved with her family to St. Augustine, Florida, in 1983.  In 1986, Joanne and two other couples founded the St. Augustine Country Day School (now St. Johns Academy) and served in many capacities over the next 10 years including President of the Board and Development Chairman.

Joanne started her real estate career in 1996 specializing in residential sales. She took a hiatus from general real estate in 1998 when she was offered the position of Director of Marketing and Sales for Glenmoore, a continuing care retirement community located in the World Golf Village.

Upon completion of the pre-construction phase of Glenmoor, Joanne elected to return to real estate and obtained her Broker’s license. Since then she has enjoyed the position of broker/manager in several offices and most recently with Deltona Realty.
