As you know we met with 3 realtors before making our decision to have you as our listing agent. After our meetings, we felt you were the right person for the job. We thought you would work hard to get our house sold in a reasonable amount of time and that is exactly what you did.
You answered any questions that arose along the way in a timely manner and in a way in which we were able to understand the answers completely. You sent us updates about the market in our neighborhood as it changed and were tenacious about getting feedback from the Realtors after a showing. The location of your office and you living in the neighborhood was a definite plus making it so convenient as certain papers needed to be signed and returned or our flyer box needed refilling. You were available when we needed you.
When you did get a contract for our home you worked well with the other Realtor, the inspector and the appraiser to get everything scheduled in a timely manner in order to be assured the contract would go through. I believe we were most appreciative for that because we had a previous contract (while listed under another Realtor) and we didn't know until the week before closing that the contract wasn't going through. . .after we had moved a portion of our belongings into another home.
