Although she hails from Colombia, South America and speaks fluent Spanish, Carol is a longtime Northeast Florida resident.  Carol has a bachelor’s degree in communications and prior to her real estate career owned and operated flower shops in south Florida.

Carol has over ten years of real estate experience in addition to twelve years of sales and marketing experience.  She has received the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation from the National Association of REALTORS and has substantial experience in handling short sales throughout Northeast Florida.

Her honors include being honored by Jacksonville Homebuyer magazine for “Best in Client Satisfaction” for six years in a row.  The renowned designation is based on client satisfaction research led by a national independent research firm.  Agents are nominated based on the following criteria: customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication, closing preparation, negotiation, finding the right house, marketing of the home and overall satisfaction.

In her spare time Carol enjoys sailing on the local waterways, traveling and volunteering with the St. Johns County Council on Aging’s Meals on Wheels program.
