Real Estate veteran, Barbara Goll, a Real Estate veteran, was licensed in 1982.  She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Woman’s Council of REALTORS®, the Florida REALTORS® Association, St. Augustine & St. Johns Board of REALTORS®, as well as a member of both the National Association of Home Builders and the Senior Real Estate Specialist -SRES, Council.  Barb is a Certified Distressed Property Expert- CDPE as well as a certified Resort & Second Property Specialist – RSPS.

Barb enjoys volunteering with the Johns County Habitat for Humanity as well as other local Fundraiser events.  She has received many awards and honors throughout her years as a REALTOR® including 2003 REALTOR of the YEAR, 2004 Humanitarian of the Year, 2007 WCR Business Woman of the Year, 2055 St. Johns Builders Council Member of the Year and WCR - 2011 Entrepreneur of the Year.

Barb was selected by St. Johns County Board of Commissioners to serve as the County Real Estate industry representative, on the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee.

She is a 14-year resident of the Prairie Creek community, the parent of three, and the proud grandparent of two beautiful granddaughters.  In her spare time, Barb enjoys gardening, walking and reading.
